Birmingham MSc Lecture Notes

These notes are intended to be used as part of the lectures series given to part-time MSc students at Birmingham University's post-graduate course on Biological Recording.

Collecting and recording of data are just two stages in a project. The analysis of data requires a variety of approaches - mostly involving some statistical techniques. During the fourth weekend at Preston Montford Field Centre (January) we will examine some basic methods of Ordination and multivariate analysis of data. These notes form part of a series of handouts that accompany the lecture sessions.
